Bundlero is a Shopify application that enables merchants to create bundle deals and quantity break discounts for their online stores. The Service includes:
To use Bundlero, you must have a valid Shopify store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Shopify account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Bundlero offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Shopify admin.

Bundlero and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Bundlero. You retain ownership of your store data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your store data as necessary to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundlero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bundlero from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may uninstall the application from your Shopify store at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
